Founder and managing partner in the Company since 2008; With nearly (19) years of experience in the field of Sharia and Law; Ahmed is an international arbitrator and a member of (CIARb), He graduated from The College of Law and Political Science – King Saud University with honors and holds an LL.M from the University of Aberdeen.
Ahmed previously worked as a lecturer in the Department of Commercial Law – King Saud University, as well as a legal advisor to the Industrial Committee and the Joint Stock Companies Listed Committee in the Federation of Saudi Chambers; Ahmed also served as a member of the board of directors of a listed company listed; He also reviewed and advised on several draft laws and regulations such as: the new Government Procurement and Competition Law; He also represented countless clients before various courts and administrative committees and achieved various achievements for the Company’s clients; He was also able to obtain many judicial precedents; Ahmed also led a team of lawyers to represent clients before the DIFC Courts.

SAAD F. AL-KHANFARI

(11) years of experience in the field of Sharia and law, as well as a commercial and real estate arbitrator and notary; He graduated from the College of Sharia and Regulations at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University with honors and obtained a master’s degree in Jurisprudence and Law from the Higher Judicial Institute with honors and was nominated as a judge from the Supreme Judicial Council and worked in the Judicia field. He judged many financial, real estate, contracting, endowment and wills cases, and obtained a certificate of judicial excellence from the Supreme Judicial Council.
He previously held the position of Director of the Legal Department in a partially government-owned joint stock company, during which he provided legal advice to the company’s board of directors and senior management, drafting contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding, setting internal regulations and policies for the company, supervising corporate governance and compliance, and handling contracting and supply issues Distribution and Franchising departments. He also achieved positive results in representing clients in many financial, real estate and contracting disputes. He also presented many legal research and studies in various legal fields, including investment fund rulings, court rulings, and financial leasing; Conditions of Status in the Case – A Comparative Study; The theory of emergency conditions and force majeure – a comparative study and more; He is also a member of the Judicial Scientific Society (Qadha), and a member of the Jurisprudence Scientific Society.

MUHANNAD SH. AL-TORBAQ

He holds a master’s degree in International Trade Law from the University of Salford – Manchester – United Kingdom. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, corporate structuring, foreign investment, restructuring and joint and listed companies. He advises a group of companies, investment banks, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Muhannad previously held the position of legal advisor and director of operations in one of the global offices and several leading local companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It included the recent corporate system and participated in the study and presentation of various initiatives for several ministries and other government agencies.
